The previous site had a messy structure and it was difficult for users to find the content they have through their membership. There were some technical concerns and an old API integration with their CRM.
The aim was primarily to get rid of the old/current website, which did not match how Sveriges annonsörer wanted to look and present itself. The start page had a basic idea, while the link structure, content and other templates were unstructured and based on old structures.
We did our own in-depth research on this. In particular, we saw on recordings how several technical pieces were failing and causing frustration.
There was also a good set of basic material that had been developed, looking at customer journeys, target groups, needs and wishes of the members. Together, this formed the basis for the future structure and which parts we needed to highlight.

The UX/UI work became a slightly bigger job than we had originally thought. Colors, fonts and logo remain. However, we have loaded a few more complementary colors in the graphic profile for the web. We have developed a completely new look and block design and a complete UI kit for all parts of the web. All in order to simplify, refine and modernize to better suit the target group in 2021.



We developed a mood board and imagery early on to better convey a sense of people in relation to technology, inclusion and warmth. At the same time, a sense of transparency and ethics. The images are selected by Sveriges Annonsörer with this imagery in mind.
All text is written by Sveriges Annonsörer and some service pages, training courses, etc. have well-written texts and fact boxes. The site is driven by a well-functioning structure of articles, guides, news, etc. that the various editors and staff of the Swedish Advertisers write and produce.
The site is based on WordPress. The aim was to create better and simpler tools for disseminating knowledge. It should be easy for web editors to combine different types of content and functions on the subpages.
