Tankbar was commissioned to develop four new websites for Svenska Kulturpärlor - one for the group and one for each site. The goal was to create a more coherent, efficient and sales-driving digital ecosystem. The solution is based on a common technical platform with a focus on performance, SEO and conversion, adapted to the unique needs of each facility.
The project started with a thorough feasibility study where we mapped target groups, customer journeys and existing technical systems. Workshops identified areas for improvement in structure, content, SEO and user experience. The analysis formed the basis for how each facility's unique character would be highlighted within a common digital framework.
During the project, we took a holistic approach - from strategy and UX to development, content and launch. With close dialog, clear milestones and a coherent design and code framework, both impact and long-term sustainability were ensured.


To simplify management and create a long-term sustainable solution, the sites were built in WordPress with a common Multisite structure. It allows for centralized management, reuse of content and functions, and a unified login.
Based on new wireframes and prototypes, we developed a design that conveys the brand's sense of quality, history and hospitality. With a modern UX and responsive structure, we created a user experience that works seamlessly on both mobile and desktop.
We built a common design system with components such as forms, buttons, typography and iconography - to ensure a consistent and sustainable visual identity. The websites were developed with a particular focus on performance, accessibility and SEO.



We carried out a thorough SEO customization of all websites, with a particular focus on structure, metadata and tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
To make it easy to track results and make data-driven decisions over time, we created custom dashboards in Looker Studio - an effective tool for visualizing traffic, goals and conversions in a clear way.
In addition to design and development, Tankbar was also responsible for the content work, from the adaptation of existing material to the publication of finished pages. This included text processing based on tonality and SEO, image management for the web and ongoing updates.

In parallel with the web project, we have been responsible for Svenska Kulturpärlor's marketing in several channels - both digital and physical. The work has included paid advertising in social media and via Google Ads, where each facility's unique character and seasonal needs have been in focus.
We have also produced newsletters, produced printed materials such as brochures and sidewalk talkers - and stripped a bicycle for Gripsholms Bageri & Konditori, with the goal of rolling out the scent of freshly baked on the streets of Mariefred. Through campaigns adapted to business goals and the season, we have continuously supported traffic, booking flows and strengthened the brand experience.
To create a consistent visual expression across all digital channels, we have produced image and film material for all facilities, focusing on the unique feel of the environments.
Tankbar is responsible for editing both film and images, adapted for use in social media, newsletters and websites. The result is an image and video library that simplifies communication and enhances the experience - both digitally and physically.


The websites for Gripsholm Bed & Breakfast and Callanderska Gården were merged at the same time as Gripsholms Värdshus to create a clearer and more coherent destination. This simplifies the experience for the visitor, streamlines management and strengthens joint communication.

Four new websites with a common structure and clear identity, designed to reflect the unique character of each site. The solution includes the main site of Svenska Kulturpärlor and the websites of Gripsholms Värdshus, Dufweholms Herrgård and Södertuna Slott.
Together, they simplify the day-to-day work of the marketing and sales team, improve the visitor experience and strengthen the digital presence - both overall and for each individual destination.
