When the project started, Sånga-Säby was closed. The first task was to evaluate different options for bringing the historic site into the future. Calle Glaumann has previously developed and run Fagerudd konferens AB as owner and CEO. Calle has held several positions within the member organization Svenska Möten, where he has been involved in a successful change process. Now he is looking forward to, together with LRF and Bygruppen's board, setting the plan for Sånga-Säby's future direction. "The green industries are the future. Just look at the interest in organic food, local produce and modern farm life - people want to be part of a sustainable future. And we can offer that!"
The vision is to develop Sånga-Säby into an obvious destination for both companies and individuals of all ages. The desire was to develop a modern and attractive website adapted to the target group.
The customer has completed a needs analysis, provided us with SEO documentation and a graphic profile. In close cooperation with the customer and our friends at Frank Agency, Moi Moi and Palt Sthlm, we have delivered a complete solution for their new website.
The goal is to create a modern and attractive website. A website that conveys the feeling of Sånga-Säby. The visitor should be so eager to visit that they send an inquiry or make a direct purchase. The website should be an extension of the facility with a welcoming tone and high level of service. All the information a visitor is looking for should be easily accessible.
With the help of our friends at Frank Agency, we gained access to previous data and insights. The website has been tested by the client and the other suppliers involved in the project. The new website has been developed according to best practice regarding accessibility. Furthermore, Google Core Web Vitals has been an important factor to take into account in the development work.
Tankbar has developed a site structure and UI/UX based on SEO analysis and a new graphic profile.
The new graphic profile has been developed based on Sånga's core values and proximity to the forest, soil, water and animals.

The advertising agency Moi Moi was responsible for the choice of images based on the feeling they wanted to convey. With the help of copywriter Henry Stenberg, the client was responsible for all text on the site. Frank Agency has had the main responsibility for SEO documentation and adaptations.
The site is based on WordPress. The goal was to create a digital extension of Sånga-Säby. A fast and user-friendly site. In the underlying administration, flexibility has been a key word. It should be easy for web editors to combine different types of content and functions on the subpages.
We have used our own production channel in Slack, shared files via Google Drive, project management in Monday and time reporting in Harvest. All meetings have been remote via Google Meet or Teams.
Tankbar has had training with their web editors.
Sånga has signed a service and support agreement with timbank where we are also responsible for the operation and management of the site.
