Tankbar's collaboration with INSU started long before the company was formed in 2019, when the then education companies EUU and IUC merged under the name INSU.
Back in the late 1990s when the EUU launched its first website, it was built by Tankbar.
The presentation of the course catalog is based on an integration between INSU's course system EduAdmin and the public web. All course information and current course starts are retrieved daily from the underlying system. Bookings are made directly in EduAdmin and the number of available places on each course is updated directly.
Via data from EduAdmin, data is compiled to Upsales CRM; with company information, contact persons, products, etc.
In addition to courses for companies, INSU offers apprenticeships and higher vocational education programs. Data from EduAdmin must be reported to the Swedish Higher Vocational Education Authority after completion of the course. This was previously done manually as an API between the services was missing.
To facilitate the management, Tankbar, with the tool UiPath, has built an application that automates large parts of the process.
As a complement to traditional on-site training sessions, INSU also offers e-learning. Here, participants have the opportunity to learn at their own pace, and choose how, when and where to complete the course.
Tankbar, together with INSU, has developed the video and text-based lessons. During the course, shorter knowledge tests are done continuously and then end with a larger final test. After completing the course and passing the final test, the participant downloads their course certificate.
The entire flow, from booking via marking of exams, to the issued course certificate, is handled automatically, without intervention from INSU.
On my pages, learners can find information on upcoming, ongoing and past courses. From here, you can access the online courses you are enrolled in and you can also access course certificates from your completed courses.
In addition to providing a single portal for participants, my pages are also a valuable tool for those booking courses.
Logged-in booking managers can easily add colleagues to new bookings and also get an overview of previous bookings and the training courses staff have attended.
Insu.se is very much a living website in constant change. Content, functions and services are continuously developed.
Tankbar is part of INSU's project group for the development of the web services. The group meets 3-4 times a month where they further develop and improve their digital presence together.
Through continuous improvements and a clear strategy for the future, it is consolidating its position as Sweden's leading training company in the installation industry - INSU trains the future.
Tankbar has been a long-standing partner of INSU and has been responsible for the operation and maintenance since the first website was launched in the late 1990s.
Over the years, we have delivered a comprehensive solution ranging from regular security updates, reliable backup and continuous monitoring, to providing detailed reports and statistics to ensure optimal performance.
In addition to the operation of the website, we are also responsible for e-learning courses and the associated learning management system (LMS), providing a seamless and efficient digital learning environment for users.
Our collaboration has thus evolved as INSU's
digital needs have grown, and we continue to deliver technological solutions adapted to future challenges and opportunities.
"INSU, then called EUU, started working with Tankbar in 1998, when our first website was built. Back then, the website was completely manual, unlike today. Together we have built integrations with several of our administrative systems that offer great benefits both internally and for our customers. The latest development project was to create a customer login that makes it easy to book and follow up on courses. In the next few days, we will take the next step when we will develop a function to see career paths and more. Since Tankbar has always been a supplier that we feel safe with, we will continue our collaboration in the future."
